Polypropylene Melting & Spraying Filter is made by polypropylene super fiber which is hot spray and interfere entanglement. No any other chemical adhesives. Fibers whirls as the machines do so that they adhere as 3D microstructure. Sparse outside and dense inside gradient pore diameter distribution structure has character of low pressure differential, strong assimilative capacity, high filter efficiency and long service life, which can remove suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities.
The surface of filter cartridge has deep trench structure which can separate water flow direction, lower water resistance. Gradient density structure can enhance pollutant holding quantity and prolong service life. The fibers are not easily fall off. 100% polypropylene filter super fiber made filter has strong corrosion resistance and high filter precision.
